As a consultant, I work with community leaders in non-profit organizations or local government agencies who want to transform polarized situations by fostering productive conversations and quality dialogue on difficult social issues.

As a community leader, you are already building bridges in challenging situations. You are already committed to "helping people help themselves."

And, you are willing to believe that, given the right circumstances, people can generate their own creative solutions to complex problems.

My purpose is to work with you to design and facilitate opportunities for people with diverse perspectives to come together in a creative and respectful manner.

This can include initial needs assessment and coaching, as I work with you to understand and clarify your intentions and plans. We can then proceed to meeting design and facilitation services, or I can refer you to other resources and practitioners in the field.
