Chapter on "Practical Dialogue"
Since 2000, my work has been focused on a collection of leading-edge non-linear facilitation approaches that I call "Practical Dialogue". These powerful approaches --including Dynamic Facilitation, Dialogue Mapping, and small-group applications of the Transformative Mediation model -- are particularly useful when working with complex practical issues where we need to arrive at shared understandings, elicit creative breakthroughs, and engage in coordinated action.
