Effective
Collaboration
If you've taken a Dynamic Facilitation seminar with Jim Rough…
…and you've gotten inspired about facilitating powerful creative breakthroughs…
…and you're wondering, "what's next?"
here are some possibilities:
SupportWorks!
Coaching Services for your
Practice of Dynamic Facilitation
Phone coaching -- individualized support for your learning process as you explore applying Dynamic Facilitation to your work with groups.
Workshops -- If you have an interested group of people, skill-building Dynamic Facilitation workshops (intermediate and advanced levels) can be brought to your area.
Focusing Training-- Listening and reflection are key aspects of Dynamic Facilitation. If you want to deepen your skills in these critical areas, you may want to learn Focusing, a non-directive "inner listening practice" that deepens one's experience with and trust in emergent process.
What I bring to my DF coaching work: I am trained as an organization development consultant, and have worked with small business, local government agencies, non-profits and community organizations. My earlier professional background includes education, education reform, and social services. I have studied extensively with Jim Rough, use Dynamic Facilitation in my own consulting practice, and have authored the Dynamic Facilitation manual. And, I am passionate about helping others learn this powerful method for facilitating co-intelligence in groups. I look forward to supporting you in your journey!
